Strike Someone with Cupid's Arrow

At Halloween some thoughtful neighbor of mine always starts the Boo'ing tradition. If you are not familiar with this fun activity, it is where you buy a small treat for two friends or neighbors, attach a note explaining how the activity works, as well as a sign for them to place on their window letting everyone know they have already been boo'ed. You then leave the treat on their porch (ringing the doorbell to let them know there is something there for them) all the while not letting them see who left the treats (otherwise known as doorbell ditching in my day). They then, do the same for two other friends and neighbors and so on.
It is a very cute and thoughtful way to celebrate Halloween. Yesterday, the thought struck me that you could do something similar for Valentine's Day. There is a tradition known as a Heart Attack, which I will write about in my post tomorrow however, I really like the Boo version as Valentines seems the perfect vehicle for this type of activity.
I searched the internet to find something similar however, came up with nothing. So, I decided to make my own. Here is what I came up with.
It works the same way as being boo'ed however, the person has been "Struck by Cupid's Arrow." Free printables for these can be found here. I plan on starting in my neighborhood on February 1st.

Whether you participate in the boo'ing tradition or not, start a new one by striking someone with Cupid's Arrow. I plan on starting this tradition in my own neighborhood. Spread some love between your friends and neighbors this Valentine's Day. An unexpected treat can bring a smile to someone's face. Especially on these blustery winter days.
Happy Valentines Day!
