Patios with Privacy

Warmer weather is on the way. I cannot wait to have dinner outside and entertain with friends. Lucky for me, our patio starts to shade over in the late afternoon which is the perfect spot on those hot summer days. However, with warmer weather comes pesky bugs. So, although my patio is shaded, it is not bug free.

For those of you who do have blazing sun well into the evening, would like to shield yourself from bug bites or would like a little more privacy for their gatherings, why not consider adding curtains to your outdoor space. Choosing materials that can stand up to the elements is crucial. No place to hang them? Why not try adding an arbor or a freestanding gazebo as a place to create some shade and privacy.
