Dark and Moody Exteriors
Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend. Mine was just the right mix of fun and relaxation.
Recently we replaced our roof and gutters. Although not as exciting as decorating interiors, I wanted to be sure to choose a roof color that complemented our siding color (a mid range sandstone color). Looking around for inspiration I was struck by how the color of exterior siding has sifted from light to dark and moody. More and more people are choosing darker siding colors and complimenting it with lighter trim. I must say, I for one, love this trend.
